Running Win-XP
Recently had a few viruses (now cleaned) and now when I try to start up the pc the log on screen comes up with the system administrator account but no password box. when I click on the account button the machine shows a blank desktop for about a second b4 reverting to the log on screen. The only other option on this screen is to shut down. Is there anyway I can by pass the log on screen and start-up?
Cheers.

It can be set up, but you have to actually be logged in to do it.

That's why you had the viruses in the first place. AVG 6.0 is junk.

So any suggestions?
Yes. Don't top post, and reinstall over the top of the existing installation.
