Hi,
I am trying to access my client's system. Client has windows XP home
and I have Windows XP Pro. The client sent me a remote assistance
invitation to access the system. I received the invitation and followed
the steps to connect to her system and I get the error message - remote
host name cannot be resolved.
Can anyone let me what that error means and how I can resolve it and
connect to her system. Is this error beacuse of a firewall the client
system has?? I do not have any firewall on my system.
Are there any other alternatives to access my clients system.
Any help is greatly appreciated
Thank you
Tul
